The Music Department is an alternate universe where pupils are often unrecognizable from who they are outside of it. The shy become confident. The agitated become calm. The lonely become included. The quiet become heard. And the lost become found. Music reveals the real child.

Join us this year to help support our mission to support and enhance music education for grades PreK-12 in our Darien public schools and within our community.
We are actively seeking volunteers in all areas: school reps.; event support; DMPA operations (marketing, website, communications, social media, fund raising etc.).
